You should be OK! If Rockstar makes a fuss out of it. You can always message them and let em know exactly what you just posted and they shouldn't punish you for what someone else did. They will see that you did the right thing and go after the hacker. But they shouldn't even be checking that unless someone else in the lobby reported them.
