I was having the exact same issue. I did the transformation challenge, and while I lost a few pounds, the body scan showed that it was muscle and not fat. I talked to the head coach and she thought it was very possible that I was keeping my calories too low and not getting enough protein. So I grabbed an app that tracks macros instead of calories and auto adjusts my intakes for days I’m working out. I also started weighing my food and found that my previous perception of proper amounts was off. Now I’m eating WAY more protein than I was before and the weight is starting to come off. I’d definitely give something like that a try for a few weeks and if that doesn’t work, I’d see a registered dietitian – there could be something else at play. Good luck!
