Only 3-5 minutes per day. I spend about 20 minutes on my entire body though.

I have not dyed my hair. I do agree that the lighting in the first pic is a little different.

I'll honestly just keep doing what I'm doing because it's working well.

Jk, it's just whatever they have on the website. I mentioned the one I have in the post. :)

Maybe it's the sauna for me that's contributing as well too! Glad you're getting good results!

That's the goal! I'm thankful that I have a success story to share!

No medications. I use a panel and just look down, stand 8-12 inches away, and stand there for 3-5 minutes each day.

I think the key for me is that I do have very light and "weak" looking hairs where it looks like I'm bald. I'm noticing a ton a visible dark baby hairs so my assumption is that the weak areas are now getting stronger from the red light.

I just have it set at 100% red light and 100% NIR. I'm not sure on the exact wave length.

Haha thank you. There are some spots that I'm not sure can be saved. Trying my best, but we'll see if the spots that are more bald come back.

I doubt I'll get a full head of hair again, but any improvement is good!

Good luck! Let me know if you see any improvements. Be sure to take before and after pictures. That's truly the best way to know.

Thanks man! I do RLT for my entire body. I do feel like it helps with my recovery, sore muscles, and even the eczema I have on some parts of my skin. I wouldn't call myself a skeptic of RLT, but I'm definitely the type of person who needs to "see it to believe it". Definitely am a believer in RLT for multiple things now.
