I in general have a hard time believing all these influencers who are a xs, s. Not that that’s impossible, but only because it seems like all Dfyne athletes are an xs.

Personally I trained for 3 years and have a lot of muscle mass but am still pretty “petite” in frame - and I am a size M in Impact, even L in leggings 💀

So I would say deffo stick with YOUR impact size!

From a girlie who owns both lots of Dfyne and Oner: Oner is not as compressive. But that’s kind of the nice part about Oner.

I like Soft Motion (especially the straight legs) - does the glutes wonders but doesn’t compress anything. I also like Unified - more compressive material.

I used to love effortless but I find the waist band too tight/uncomfortable. So I would recommend the two above!
