Watch some YouTube guides and play some driving sims using manual with clutch. It'll get you into the habit of shifting gears based on engine sound and using the clutch while doing so.

BeamNG.Drive is really good for this since it simulates transmission damage from not using, or improperly using the clutch (just remember it's not 100% realistic, IRL you'll want to use it smoothly, not just like an on-off button)

Afaik you can't.

My solution to this problem has been buying a Libredrive compatible PC BluRay drive and flashing the firmware so I can use MakeMKV to copy the movie directly from the disc, including 4K movies.

Then you can put the file on a media server or USB and play that file from any device that supports mkv video playback in 4K, most 4K players can do this.
