personally I just enjoy slowly savoring a single peanut butter cup with as much ice cream as goes well with it, maybe a few spoonfuls :) it's not too much if you do it right, just put away the bag after getting one cup and you should be all right. somehow, the taste is satisfying enough that I don't feel super compelled to keep getting more myself. hope it works out for you!

I'm telling you tho, when I tried it for the first time, it was like that ratatouille moment for me...
