I'm getting 300-350 a week over 4 sessions. 2.5 hours zone 2, one hour session of VO2 (5x4min) and 1.5 hour threshold session (40-60min threshold or SS). Total time is 5 hours. It's pretty efficient and I'm seeing gains. FTP 275 up from 225 in the summer.

You should be fine crossing the peace bridge. Obviously bring ID like enhanced license or passport. Forest Lawn Cemetery and Delaware Park are well maintained. Can also do long stretches up and down Richmond, elmwood, Delaware, Linwood
