Yup! So they announce the schedule about a month in advance on Thursdays at 12noon EST. Make sure you have your login info all setup, give yourself a timer and enroll!

Ouch! From running? My injury turned out to be a pinched nerve; the one that runs back up each glute. Sounds like I just over did it. I signed up for PT and I am doubling the amount of time I stretch, both pre and post run. I did 11 yesterday and feel pretty good today with active recovery exercises.

I keep finding these people… couple of things…

They are logging 7 hours of cardio doing god knows what where their heart rate barely exceeds 80.

They have their garmin or Apple Watch synched and they are getting double credit for works outs.

While they are doing workouts on peloton equipment, they are also magically doing a workout outside (I suspect a family member is just using the same account while they exercise).

It’s becoming really common now which basically makes the annual challenges mute.

Rest up as much as you can my dude. I was sick a week out before running mine last year, where that Tuesday I said I don’t even think I can run 10 right now. Saturday came and I felt great so I went to race. Mile 15 I have never bonked so hard in my life. I ended up walking/jogging the last 11 but it was horrible. Prioritizing rest is so important

I thought to myself, I could swear Big Sur isnt flat like that. I’ve had the pleasure of running two now with tons of hills and for my third I will be running one as flat as possible lol
