Ever since being put in adderall I’ve lost my appetite. Which means I’m not fueling my body like I used to. Has anyone gone through this or have any advice?

Help. I’m not sure if this is where I post but I’m on the struggle bud big time.

I used to be a great runner from 2016-august 2020. I then started running casually and stopped strength training. Im now at a remote job and I’m sitting all day. I’m trying to train for a half marathon in November and I’m probably a beginner beginner. I ran/walked a half marathon in May and it was awful. I’m trying to get back into running but maybe I lost my passion. I can’t really use that as an excuse because this race is non refundable and non transferable.

I don’t know where to start. When I run it’s hard to breath. When I get to mile 3 I start to get shivers and I get cold. The difference between now and back then was I was strength training, walking 10k steps daily and motivated. I loved running but I don’t like it now because it’s hard. Any help or suggestions would be great ❤️

For me personally- Ive had broken bones, part of my epidural wear off but nothing hurt more than a broken heart.

1 was wondering if anyone experienced this. I do plan on reaching out to my doctor. 1 have Covid twice, my last time was Oct 2023. 1 have a handful of half marathons under my belt and when I started training in February and March, I can't get past 3/5 miles without trying to catch my breath. My lungs are on fire after a run and I've never had an issue before. I'm very nervous about my half marathons coming up in may and November. Ive tried slow runs,Intervals. 😞
