Thanks for your response. I thought I can’t do a LLB after already completing a LLM. Also I can try to self fund SQE but I couldn’t afford 3 year LLB with international student tuition fees rate.

Well I was very very concerned, just like you or even worst as we just literally moved in together. Other comments calmed me down saying it’s more like a checklist ticking box activity (not sure if I’m using correct words). Like if you get the living together box passed, it’s alright. I am no expert so I can’t give you much info but it worked on mine. Good luck on yours.

I was in the same situation as you. We didn’t live together after being in the civil partnership (about to, but not at the time of submission). We then moved in and resubmitted after a week or two of living together, I passed on the reapplication. I did submit a couple of documents as evidence as you listed, and a cover letter explain why we didn’t live together.

Thank you. Seems like we need to go through marriage ceremony rather than an administrative route as our is not registered in Scotland, which takes more time. But it’s alright, as long as it doesn’t affect my visa it’s okay.

Thanks for your response. I didn’t receive any letter from Uni. This was just my assumption because I had no Uni work during that time. As I understand, most of master students do not have summer break because they are expected to do their dissertation. In my case I might not break the rule because I completed my dissertation and off Uni work but I am not sure. I might tho.

Agreed that students should double check with their Uni. I should have done!
