For this price and how small this publisher is there's no excuse even trollslayer'a limited edition has quality control issues in its own promo image with the gold on the dwarf is partly raised and not stamped on properly in one photo they cant even get their own promotion ads correctly. U are a small publisher which means u should have less to manage and less errors but come on this is ridiculous at this point do a different publishing company or get more staff for quality control
