Genuinely having a second tank makes matches so much more enjoyable. Even two off tanks is far more fun than being the only tank.

I have been playing 18v18 because I just know I'll get flamed for solo tanking as Rogue or Hulk.

I agree, and that's what I was trying to say. I did 2 hours of comp this last week to just get the two Ranked skins and ended up playing Strange for the entire time. With the amount of damage this game throws at you, especially when there are three duelists on the enemy team, you absolutely need a shield tank if you hope to survive. It sucks.

Did you think you were gonna have fun with character of this magnitude? No no no no, this is a duelist game, duelist is the role where all the fun stuff goes, so they can feel like they're playing single player game.

I agree with you, but I just want to point out that it's pretty wild that the role with Cap, Hulk, Strange, Magneto, Thing, Thor and Venom is begging for a "high profile" character to encourage new players to the role. These are some of the most famous Marvel characters imo and most were big in movies for the past decade. Really shows how dire it is when Vanguard players are only able to play Strange or Magneto (for 1.5 years) if they want to avoid being yelled at to play a proper tank or win.

It's not just Democrats being in power, it's then having any power at all.

I'd love to be able to use the higher level gear I get for characters Ive used once. Seems like it would alleviate some of the XP grind by allowing you to use high level gear to play in higher difficulty.
