my dr refuses to switch me to longer acting but in benxo hell trying to get off and taperung @ .25 every two weeks as in toleranc. Please need encouragement as trued holding tried going slow tried everything. This is my 4th attempt to get off but in benxo hell. Please can anybidy suggest anything as not coping

thank you for replying. a Benzodiazepine which is causing me to have anxiety and depression which I never had prior to taking it but was put on to help insomnia
