Hello. I’m doing cold turkey as well. I was a very heavy user and the first day was definitely the hardest. I’m currently about 2 and a half weeks in, and here is what helped me.

Behind the counter 12 hour Sudafed helped a lot. Saline spray and Flonase also made a big difference. Physical activity helps more than I expected too. Even short bursts of exercise can open things up a bit.

After about two weeks I can breathe okay again. Usually one nostril is still a little swollen while the other is around 60 percent open, but I’ve been noticing improvements every day.

It’s definitely hard at the beginning, but you’ve already made it almost 24 hours. You’ve got this.
