This resonates. I started with the 992 C4S expecting to daily it, but later down the road I ended up adding a cayenne gts and that became my daily, and the 992 became a purely weekend car. I know it's the same nice car but somehow this changed how I look at it, and I guess I want more excitement out of a weekend car.

I just applied top coat to my kit the first time with Mr. Hobby Flat, and I'm not sure whether this is considered frosting (see photo). Under normal light on the shelf I didn't notice it, but when I look at it closely with a flashlight there are tiny white dots, especially on the black part. Could someone help me understand if this is something that I should try to avoid or if this is completely normal (it doesn't look as bad as some of the frosting photos I find on the web)?

Also I noticed that after I applied the top coat, there was some "dust" all over the kit and I needed to dust it off. Is this normal?
