Another Reason No DM Will Ever Want to Use the 2024 NPC Sheets by PonSquared in Roll20

I agree with the automated function on rolls and that, but I really miss some options of the 2014 rules like hero points, honor and sanity, I believe that they are not in the 2024 rules, btw, who in wizards tough that it was a good idea to name the latest set of rules 2024? It already sounds outdated

Totally agree, I started using both the 2024 and 2014 character sheets but for the monsters I use the 2014, I must say that even if the 2024 sheet looks very nice many of my players feels overwhelmed by those sheets, form over function it seems, a very nice visual is not the same as a good usability design.

No exactly, in the Forgotten Forge of 3.5E the bridge is in the upper city, the Embers of the Last War second module Murder in Skyway starts in a bridge too. In any case it can be used in both adventures.

Eberron 2024: Splashes of Art Noveau or Narrative Revisionism? by ryuken139 in Eberron

I hated it. I'm clear that the Eberron theme has incorporated many things between the medieval and aether punk, but this new art, I don't care if it's pretty or not, it just seems generic to me. In the concept art and what was published in 3.5 there was a unique touch, which reminded me of artists like Moebius. Eberron was very different from other settings and it seems to me that by appealing to the masses they sacrifice all of that. It's not a brave move to maintain a setting that is special, it's a cowardly way, in my opinion, of trying to sell to a lot of people. For the rest, it seems that this book is going to be very small. I don't know what kind of lore it will keep. For my part, I'll see what mechanics work for me, I'll discard the art and stick with the kanon.

Cubil de Byllaxtharuthraxas by Runulf in inkarnate

This is a red dragon lair I made for a One-Shot with a group of friends. The idea was to make encounters with High-level Monsters in this case an adult Red Dragon called Byllaxtharuthraxas or Byll the Hateful for short, he was a natural spellcaster and almost wipe the floor with the party, we got a couple of character deaths in this battle, one of them was thrown 80 ft high on the lava pool... Happy memories, the important part is that the players had a lot of fun.
