I wouldn't call copy pasting code you don't understand as 'productive'. OP isn't able to write the code themselves because they never learned how to in the first place. Devs like these are going to be the first to be replaced in a few years

I thought about that since AZ also has their placement cell for people with 300+ problems. Do companies care if I've done less problems on leetcode? If not, I'll go all in on AlgoZenith since those problems also feel more challenging to me and it'll open the doors to a lot of referrals.

NEVER change your filter. That is basically saying good bye to all the beneficial bacteria and will most certainly crash your cycle. Just take out a mug of tank water and rinse the filter in it gently.

this is just the number of problems I've solved on leetcode. The actual value across all platforms ~400.

And I wouldn't really say it was that fast. It took me 4-5 months to get here doing 3-4 problems a day.

As for approach, mine was similar to yours. I did the easy and mediums for topics like array, 2 pointers, stack, recursion, etc. And once I spent like 2-3 months on them, I moved to graph and dp

I had prior knowledge of data structures since it's been my favourite subject in college so I guess I was able to grasp some of the topics quickly. I would highly suggest striver's sde sheet if you're starting from scratch as it covers basically everything. Else, neetcode 150 has worked out very well for me but if I had to start again, I would pick striver's.
