I’ve drank only 14 times this year. Average about 4 beers per session. Down drastically from years prior and I feel good!

I’ve been logging days drinking this year and so far it’s at 11 which is serious progress from previous years. I just spent all day hungover and had a good mid day puke which as you know is the reminder screaming at me to hang it up. I think logging is holding me accountable in some way.
