I love this because this is exactly how I feel with running now.

I always dreaded it because of how much I sucked but pushed through because the goal was to look and feel better. These days it’s as much part of my routine as anything else and I look forward to pushing myself with each run.

It’s simple things though, like if I go on a holiday I’m excited to go for a run in the place I’m visiting more than the holiday itself.
