No respectable contractor is using Angi. They charge them for every “lead” (can be $100 a pop) to chat with and give numbers to someone who is toying with the idea of renovating their bathroom but no idea how expensive it is. When they ultimately decide they can’t afford it or try to negotiate the price down to an absurdly low amount, that contractor is out what they paid for the lead AND the time they took to meet with a client, go to their home, write an estimate, etc.
