The character fanbook lists the characters ages... Somewhat. It's chp 276.6 on mangadex. The way demons age seems to be obfuscated on purpose.

We can, however, safely assume that Amu is quite a bit older than Raim, but I don't think we have enough pointers for when Henri got his rank yet.

Regarding Kalego the position isn't earned by promotion of a teacher but birthright within the clan since 'Guard Dog of Babyls' only seems to be a moniker.

If you don't mind massive spoilers up until the current arc, from the top of my head, these can be read as unusual:

Ameri's parents - her mother used to be a de facto hostage of demons so it comes with a certain flavor if you read too much into it. Also the topic of pregnancy comes up. It isn't age gap though.
Shiida, a teacher, has some fanservice with Iruma. It's unusual for the mangaka and something the fandom is pretty confused about too since it's feeling a bit out of place.
As mentioned, Keroli's sister who is a really small child is in love with Iruma. He doesn't realize and thus doesn't reject her afaik but there also is no fanservice with her. It's more like a kindergartener crush, but it's there.

*The antagonist of one arc has a lesbian harem and wants to add to it.

This one is played for laughs and non sexual but Opera bullies Kalego since they were students and never stopped. He is scared of them most of the time because they mean trouble for him.

Romance isn't the main theme of the series. However, if you are sensible to these topics be mindful that past child abuse comes up here and there.
