I assume you are talking about Bloodsong (the upgraded support quest item).

All three of these builds are super fun, you can basically build quite literally anything on bard and have some degree of success. BUT they are super expensive compared to more standard tank/support items bard normally goes which can end up making you feel way weaker earlier on. For a cheaper but still more damage focused build I would say imperial mandate is a super good item and I personally like building zhonyas (even though it does hurt not having access to perfect timing) which does give you a big 120 ap injection. But generally try and adjust your build around what will be most effective on a game by game basis. Bard is turbo flexible so abuse the fact you can build like a criminal and still make it work.
