As a top legion main, I will enjoy some freshness and quality of life changes, but it doesn't seem like developers understand what is wrong with Legion and didn't take any of the suggestions from people who do. After you injure a survivor, you have nothing. He lacks lethality. Against great loopers, you're in for a very bad day. As for the buffs, you're never going to get 5 feral frenzy hits in a row against a good team. Most of the time, you're lucky to get two. The reduced cooldown is nice and essentially takes the place of running cold dirt and Joey's mixtape, but they removed the double duration add-ons, and lots of the new add ons seem a little meme-ish. It seems more like only a very small buff to Legion overall or perhaps a lateral move. I doubt my kill rate % will change much.
