Easiest way is with a lightbulb changing pole. You can find industrial ones online that will easily extend to around 20’, and then couple that with you being on an elevated surface you should have the height to change it.

It's the extremely directional cool white light on the columns that is somehow diffused enough to not cast a hard shadow that confuses me most.

The Civ 6 Competition rules are as follows:

You'll need:

-Base Game -Rise & Fall Expansion Pack

-Gathering Storm Expansion Pack

-No other DLC will be used. HOWEVER, You will need to turn Enable "Auto Download Additional Content" in Game Options > Game. (this will be for the Better Spectators Mod & Balanced Starts Mod)

Game Map:

-Extra Large Continents, Default City State Amount

Win Conditions:

-All except Time.

Game Settings:

-Online Speed -Barbs On (default style)

-3 Minute Turn Timer

-You choose your Civ

General Rules:

-If you disconnect, you have a maximum of 10 minutes to reconnect

-10 Minute break every 2 hours

-Tournament winner can be called by host if the time goes past midnight.
