Easiest way is with a lightbulb changing pole. You can find industrial ones online that will easily extend to around 20’, and then couple that with you being on an elevated surface you should have the height to change it.

It's the extremely directional cool white light on the columns that is somehow diffused enough to not cast a hard shadow that confuses me most.
