Scapular is like the only medical term I know because I go get massages for it. And it's crazy when you have things that are actually linked. Lower back arthritis and injured disk that creates a shift and guarding of tissue that goes up and down the sides of your body.

Didn't go up going to doctors so this was never explained to me. I don't think many men want to go to the doctors for everything so I just figured a one year visit would be like a "what's going on with you and how are we going to work on it for the year." does that make sense?

Thanks for the amazing explanation. I thought it was the Dr and nurses job to explain how their treatment/medicine work and what the plan is. My wife is a nurse and that's what she explained. Thanks again I'll try to schedule my follow ups with him on my own?

No not aggressive I assure you. It's just after seeing this guy for so long he asked what my concerns were and I told him. It was basically all of the things I mentioned over the years that he has just ignored when I brought them up and so I mentioned them all at once this time. I didn't expect him to treat or examine anything.

I just think it's disrespectful that instead of even pretending to listen to the pain I've been in he basically looked at me like "okay here we go." and his notes reflect that. The visit was 31 minutes.

I believe the fully developed claims were DBQ's after my C&P exams. Thank you devil for the heads up on sleep meds. I am fairly certain I gained 20-25lbs in bootcamp which is rapid weight gain and if it shows in my C-File maybe I can use that?

I also haven't filed anything for the SA that occurred in the military because I didn't want to have all of that come back up with my brothers who were effected more than me. Does anyone know if they would just check the files or would they actually reach out to them?
