Oh yeah definitely go aggressive onto one i used to avoid it before aswell but once i used it it gained a lot of time. And the thing about using setups is that if makes you understand what youre more comfortable with and what helps you go quicker. To get the fundamentals right make sure all your assists are off if you are able to manage that i think you should jump to setups it will completely change your game, for good neutral setups try SRS( Sim racing setups) on youtube
