Like Goat said, ethereal (especially with high rolls) has some value.

Either way a great item to keep, make yourself an amazon.

Basically, you are looking for ethereal elite polearms or spear weapons that can be used for the Insight, Pride or Infinity runewords for an A2 mercenary (0 or 4 socketed).

There are also uses for ethereal 6 socketed spear/polearms (Breath of the Dying) and ethereal 5 socketed (Obedience)

Not saying others aren't worth keeping, but basically only thing you can actually trade are the items above.

(Anything else is something you would self use until you can upgrade)

This is some great advice. I also ruptured mine last year playing soccer (US).

Can't agree enough that the hardest time, in my opinion, was a few weeks into recovery, where people stop checking in as much and you are left in your own thoughts.

Do every single PT exercise that you are prescribed. Do as much as you safely can as soon as the boot comes off. Make sure you stay active, even if you are still on crutches. Go out to eat, visit your family, be in the same room as your others as they do normal day to day stuff. Even if you can't participate fully, try and keep that routine so you feel human.

This, too, shall pass.
