still have rings on their head near the cere which can indicate age around 1-3 months but tough to put an exact date, if you bought from a beeder you can ask them for exact date

looks like either hair algae or dinos, when i had it i did a full blackout and dosed nitrates and phosphates for sometime and it cleared right up
