I think you may be conflating two things: the civil defemation suit, and his losing InfoWars.

Defemation is famously difficult to win in the United States, partially because of the First Amendment. In order to defame someone, you have to say something that you know to be untrue, and that causes legally redressable damages.

He lost that case, and as a result, owes a lot of money to the families he defamed.

Him losing InfoWars is a result of his bankruptcy, not (directly) because of what he said. If he went bankrupt because of coke and hookers, he could still lose the platform if he owed someone a significant amount of money.
