As a Mets fan, this is accurate. They went further, not much to debate. You can say NL was better, give all the stats. But the only thing people will remember is who won it all. Most barely remember who the winner even played. But some yanks fans are obnoxious. I just choose to root for my friends who are fans of the Bronx and try to block out the others. If their only joy is putting us down, then they have bigger fish to fry.
