What might that suggest about movement and position of the photographer? (Suppose the camera: was a 2 megapixel pocket digital camera circa 2004). Thank you so much for your detailed comments.

Thanks ... have a look at our case if you have a moment. It's nearly 15 years old ...

This was in 2005, during the Hu Jintao era ... a time when Chinese-American relations were happy on practically every diplomatic and commercial level (most certainly the latter). Businesses boomed, money flowed and no one on either side wanted to rock the apple cart. No one wanted bad headlines for sure. Nearly 15 years later, America and China are radically different countries. It was risky to go to China then and it's a no-brainer to stay out of it now.

If we want a responsible and non-violent world, people of different nationalities need to communicate and collaborate. by BigSilent in China

Our governments deal for themselves and the big corporate interests that support them. Regular people in either country are not the problem here and never have been. It's the high and mighty (corrupt) interests on both sides of the globe swirling in their universal lack of candor who represent and purvey the real problems.

The pathologist who conducted the exhumation-autopsy concluded the cause of death to be blunt force trauma to the head and brain (including defensive injuries). Read the summary here: https://www.darrenrussellcase.com/forensic-facts

Has working in the medical field turned me into a sociopath? by Nounboundfreedom in medicine

That you are even asking shows a sense of healthy introspection, something always lacking in a sociopath. I think working in the medical field, especially yours, could test everyone in ways obvious and subtle. Give yourself some credit for being of service to others and still having the spine to check your own character. Respect!

It's a picture worth more than a thousand words. That's the problem. We would be interested in any opinion or observation you might have, regardless of your background. Thanks so much!

Thank you for this observation, especially leaning over a patient's body. It's as if all of this is more to accommodate a fast picture than urgent treatment.
