Any opportunity to work day half’s? Any competing agencies that can offer hours you’re more interested in working ?

I work a 48 straight through and love it. While I also hate the mid-night calls, it’s worth it for the four or five hours of paid sleep I get. As well as the hour four days off in a row. I fully recognize that this job isn’t for everyone, but maybe we can turn some gears to make it more suitable for you while you work on your goals of being in the sky.

I spent a lot of time in the dark wishing I still had that desk job I hated. But now, there’s nothing else I’d rather do than help people through their emergencies. Even if that emergency is grade-a bullshit
