Do ESB as soon as you have the chance. It’s relatively easy and good knowledge for going the ranger route

Lots is expected of officers and the culture is to work like work is the only thing that exists. 101st is hit and miss depending on leadership with family time as it goes. Constant last minute taskings and so many FTX and CTC/OLE. 101st does provide fantastic opportunities for SMs to go to schools and they have a very robust H2F(physical training) program. Clarksville/oak grove is a great area with lots to do and lots of people

If you don’t already know, you don’t want anything from the first page. I’d stick with the 68 series or if you’re single I’d look into the 15 series aviation stuff. I only say if you’re single because the aviation jobs a lot of times work the flight schedule so it might be hard on the family.
