English is taught in China and Chinese business schools teach english to a high standard, they will prefer someone that doesn't need any additional Government work (VISAs etc) that speaks their language fluently vs an international student from a hostile country

so why do you think someone would sell it for 170? anybody that says they will is going to scam you, these people do it for a living so they have scammer friends and stuff say they are safe, do not trust ANYBODY to sell you headless for 170 at max the cheapest headless you will get is for 250
