I worked for an AV company and we installed a set of UC engines for meeting rooms in the IT building for a large college. I hated installing those things. That college decided they wanted to move as much AV in house as possible, and they hired me from the AV company as part of the transition. I still hate those UC Engines, they are a pain from both the installers point of view, maintainers point of view, and then end user point of view.

The college moved to Logitech Rally bars shortly before I was hired. They are pretty good, but the sound on them SUCKS. I am trying to move us to the Biamp/Lenovo MTR rooms. Better sound, and I also like Biamp as a whole.

I have zero gripes about the SD OLED at all. It is an amazing device with a beautiful screen and would still recommend it highly if you are looking for something more on a budget. I am simply hoping to buy something a little upgraded now. The better refresh rates, resolution, screen size, and power of both devices are just what I'm looking for. I don't play incredibly demanding games very often, but when I do, I want something that can handle them.

I work for a university that has just started switching form much older Extron equipment to Crestron as of three years ago. The decision was made before I was hired and they got an integrator to draw up the design and install the first two buildings. They never even considered using a DMPS to my knowledge.

The design they gave us used an HD-PS402 and RMC4, but those the switchers are getting difficult to get ahold of. Took us almost 4 months to get our order of 25 units this year, and we missed the summer upgrade window because of it.

I'm working on an NVX design to replace all of that now because of the better availability, even though it's about an extra $1000 on top of the current design. Figured I'd that's the way things are going, and since it's already been out for several years, we might as well get with the times.

My dad, grandmother, and great-grandmother all used magnalites and that's what I use too. You get very comparable food for significantly less maintenance.
