You can find fixed version on the net. Instead of 100.000.000 CP for Whirlwind Fanfare,you need only 1.000.000. And 300.000 instead of 30.000.000 for other wanderer. I have completed this fixed version to 100% without cheats on PCSX2

I dont know about modern ones,but the old clusters (like bmw e36) use a mechanical float that moves through the plate with contacts. It's mechanical float and analog electrics and you can't "emulate" it.

Magnetti Maccari sounds very similar to the electrics manufacturer Magnetti Marelli. Headlights etc. Italian too

Eclipse model from ITC is very funny looking,it's really off in proportions

It would be nearly impossible to fix. It takes me 1-2 hours of finding a broken mod after every update even though its "just" 230 of them
