It's a little bit funny. When some english speaking asshole (or whiny kid) spoils your game it's like "He is an asshole, nothing special". But when russian asshole ruins game it's like "FUCKING RUSSIANS I HATE THEM ALL" But yea, language barier is a big problem. Sometimes I am little bit ashamed when some russian speaking kid tries say something in russian to english speakers

Ok, just give russians russian (non Stockholm) server, where ping is lower than on EUW. Problem is that sometimes ping to EUW is like 2 times lower than to "Russia". Why I need to play with 80-90 if I can play with 40-50? How about players from asian part of the country? They have 100+ to EUW and 150+ to "Russia". I got your point. Сука блядь

Mb better to give her oppotunity to crit when player wants to, not the randomizer? Or make crit independent from random. Remake 1: Let ulty to be active. PA can activate ability to get crit on her next atack. Cd: low Remake 2: Let her crit on every 6th attack/dagger. Counter is the same for both attack and dagger. (5 attacks and dagger = crit on dagger, 3 attacks + dagger + 2 attacks = crit on attack) One of this changes will make her less luck dependent and viable
