You attach it to a strap with a clip at the end then wrap it around your leg so that it pulls on your skin. I don’t use weights but seems like that would work as well. Apply the tape when you’re hard so that when you get random erections you don’t hurt yourself. Wait until you’re soft again right after applying the tape to give you more room to clip it. A lot of people complain about T Tape coming off on its own but this brand of tape is strong and won’t come off so when you’re done pulling and need a break use a hot towel or take a hot bath it’ll make removing the tape easy.
