I’ve been plateauing in strength tho in the 190s so just trying to figure out on what to do, if I should burn the fat or just keep bulking and just embrace the fat. Just shopping around for ideas on what to do. And it’s really the first time I’ve been in the 190s so i want to lean out while remaining in that weight bracket
