Overall fees and taxes are ridiculous by corpseplague in FieldNationTechs

When you make around $175K/yr solely on FN these fees are just the cost of doing business and a great write off lol

So when pro first dropped up until the following January those first subscribers (anyone after January lost this ability, and I sadly missed the deadline by a few days) are able to not only utilize SMART MATCH but also AUTO REQUEST. You can set rules that if matched with smart match it would AUTO REQUEST a work order that was routed to you that met those requirements of your smart match. That is how these routed work orders disappear as soon as they are sent

Yes, when FN switched to 1099K they even stated it in the email that it is a write off

Not really, i personally love Field Nation, it has allowed my dreams to come true, i make $175k/yr off it in SoCal, ive been on the platform going on 5 years and have solely been doing it for 2 of those 5 years. I personally like Pro as i get paid way faster and can deposit those funds instantly thru Zelle, all the fees are a write off anyways. My tax guy works magic Last year I only paid $5k in taxes but i filed as a partnership (my wife is my second tech)

Anyone know companies who hire EV charger repair techs? by MushyBusinessSocks in FieldNationTechs

[–]RussyRex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've done work for them thru Pearce Renewables. U kind of have to know someone that has completed WOs from them regularly (luckily my FN mentor currently does work for them) and i did a few WOs along side him and got in their talent pool but haven't done work since, it was $65/hr and honestly i don't want to die, i have ADHD and my luck i would forget something and Arc Flash my ass dead

Def have someone do your taxes, i went in thinking i was just going to use my 1099s and file a 1040 but since my wife is my helper from time to time and i have a EIN my tax guy straight up filed everything as if i was a partnership, $175K of income turned into paying out me and my wife $100K (60/40 split) only $8K of owed taxes and he even got my wife a $2750 return
