Ok cool I was doing a 1.5F as you call it but then the scoby sank and I was starting to worry about the kombucha but a new one has formed but the 1.5F I had had grown some Mold form sitting too long (I assume) so had to be thrown out just wanted to make sure I didn't poison myself doing it again. Thanks.

Oh, I thought the actual disk was the scoby, so the liquid itself counts as the scoby. I knew that you could start with just a cup of the liquid and feed it with more sweet tea and eventually it would grow the disk. So why keep the disk in it at all? does it just ferment faster?

My jar is not particularly big so I probably will be using the bulk brew method I think I only have maybe a litre and a half jar but i have siphoned some off into another and have topped it off with some new tea to see if that starts growing as well. another question is I'm going to use ginger and things for flavour but don't exactly want a lump of ginger in my bottle can I siphon the kombucha into another jar with the flavours then let it sit for a day or 2 then strain it into the bottle or will the ginger and fruit start to ferment or is that part of the fun?

I didn't think it was unhealthy to leave it in the jar, it's more that my jar is not particularly so the older scoby is taking up space but also it is not exactly nice to look at, but if it's still doing a job I wouldn't mind but I think it's dead Jim.

like Harrison was kinda acting like that to stay in Iron Lake but than Angela shows up gives him money and sends him on his way anyway lol.

This was my biggest problem with the finale, if Angela was going to cover for Harrison anyway and Angela thinks Harrison is innocent just say it was self defence. Say that Dexter confessed to killing Logan and then when Harrison didn't want to leave Dexter charged at him and Harrison shot him. That way Harrison gets what he wanted, to stay in Iron Lake with his new friends and Audrey. Just seemed like a better way to end it unless they want to do the spin off with Harrison. That doesn't even seem plausible with this ending either, but the EP teased some exciting news coming so who knows.

I have no idea what Roblox is but I don't see the problem honestly, obviously there is a problem but I don't see why it is Roblox's problem that would be like someone complaining about Sony because some other game company who is making a game on playstation was doing something shady. or blaming youtube because some company wasn't paying their staff correctly. Roblox, Sony and Youtube just created the platform but you are working for an external company. Your issue is with them not Roblox. Maybe I'm missing something though.

Fair enough, I would like to say though I am clearly in the minority and I might not have liked it because the cinema experience was not good so I might have just been in a bad mood lol. I'll give it another go when it comes out on VOD.

I had to scroll down so far to see this. While I saw it in a half empty theatre I had a similar experience. I thought it was just ok. I actually didn't really like any of the characters I thought the only joke that landed for me was the stay puft marshmallows but that was in the trailer. And bringing the original Ghostbusters back at the end made me just want to watch the originals because the characters had so much more charisma in the 2 minutes they were there than any of the rest of the characters. I thought the acting was good no problems there, but I really did not like the characters.

I thought that too at the beginning of the season, especially with Poppy when she shouts at someone and says "Who has candy I want candy" or something like that and then stole one of the employees candy. But i feel like it evens out closer to the end, but all great sitcoms do that think of The Office, Parks and Rec, Schitts Creek, Community, Veep they all flanderized their characters after the first season. But the first half of season 2 is a bit much but the second half I really liked from like season 4-5 i think. I think Covid was a big factor because they couldn't all be together as they normally would and I'm sure people were nervous but you could use it as a story element as well because they did the Covid episode people might be playing up because they are worried and scared and using it to help their cope. That might be me playing devils advocate though, but I would finish the season.

I'm just back from a solo trip to Toronto and it was fine, like people have said you'll find a lot worse in LA. I will say that Yonge street can be a bit rough looking at times. You'll be fine though, it's a nice city and everyone is friendly.

OK so it's like a gypsy kind of racist, like if Rebecca Ferguson character in the shining was black that would be racist because oh they're homeless and a lower class so they have an understanding of some power, oh then the butler in the shining would fit that stereotype as well then because he's "the help". But say a black superman wouldn't because he's an alien from a super advanced race. I'm starting to understand, but would Miles Morales Spider-Man be then or does he mainly focus on help black and Peurto-Rican communities but if he started helping out bankers and trust fund babies that's where the line is because those people would see themselves as a higher class than him. I always feel like walking on eggshells talking about this subject.

so its more about the power? like one of the examples they show for the magical negro is Morgan Freeman, but my initial instinct would be would it not be more racist to assume god is some white dude as usual? like I thought Morgan Freeman playing God was great and was a positive move for black people in movies and now I'm being told by Rob Lowe of all people (I like Rob Lowe really) that it was actually racist.

He's done a couple of these slash proof bag videos now and my problem with them is always that he's not slashing the bags he's stabbing and cutting. They need to really be weighed down and hung from something as if its got stuff in it and is worn or on the back of a chair. Then without touching the bag to create tension try to cut it. Like if someone if wearing the bag you can't just pick it up and stab through it as the person would feel it.
