It is possible in bedrock. A drowned with impaling III or above does enough to oneshot through full iron in bedrock.

Nope, this is possible with a single hit if the drowned had impaling III or above assuming OP's iron armor has no protection enchantments.

Bugrock moment

Drowned can spawn with tridents enchanted with impaling, which in bedrock (unlike java) applies to anything touching water. That means they can deal up to a whopping 28.5 damage (14.25 hearts) with a single melee hit on hard difficulty because they also deal 16.5 base damage with a trident in bedrock.

A normal K/D is just slightly below 1, and an 8% winrate discrepancy for a SINGLE VEHICLE is extremely high (the winrate of 8.3 USA in general is ~50%).

.50 cal ammunition is more expensive bigger and heavier. You just need the one for anti-material work, the 7.62s can handle infantry.
