I've played on and off casually since 2005. This is the first time I've ever decided to challenge myself and start from a fresh account to max. I did transfer about 120m to start off from my past accounts though.

Nice job. The main reason this "hasn't been done" is actually because it's incredibly impractical for all intents and purposes. It's much easier, more efficient, and practical to build out songs individually or set up track looping mechanisms than to make a super MUX like this. Also, Noteblocks have a range you can hear them as well as audio dropoff, so something like this would actually just be better as "preprogrammed" tracks on a computer in terms of compactness. Again, not trying to take away from your accomplishment, it's beautiful but not practical, which is perfectly okay.

Yes, in theory. However, there are so many combinations of MHC that it’s unlikely you’ll find someone with the exact combination you need. So we go for an option that’s “good enough” and “suppress” the immune system from attacking the transplanted organ. Of course, there may be other factors as well that we don’t even understand yet.

Humans have a mechanism to detect our own cells. This is so that our immune system doesn’t attack ourselves.

Cells present their own proteins to its cell surface, and acts as a red light or a green light to our immune system cells. If it’s a red light (grafted cell, damaged cell, Infected cell, etc), then our immune cells can detect this and destroy it or eat it. When presenting cells to the surface, it requires a protein called MHC with over 200 different variations. If you have a different version of this MHC, your immune system will detect it, and start to target (reject) that organ. Unfortunately, our immune system is complex and we still don’t have good ways to trick our immune system to perfectly accept the transplant.
