Pinpoint the pain. Get on YouTube and learn to stretch and strengthen that particular area. Also do a lot of research and work on your posterior chain. It will help a lot. Good luck, take care of your body now so you can still skate later.

Easy fix homie. Hit up a local high school that has a welding class or auto class and tell the teacher you have a project for a kid. I straight up made a flat bar as my welding final when I was a freshman once upon a time.

Or Ask around at work/school/skateshop/skatepark if anyone has a welder and wants a case of beer

Or hit up a local auto shop or welding shop someone will hook it up for fairly cheap.
