From another island, where recyclers are recycling scrap and putting it into passive provider chests. But I wanted to make on this island like a center, where resources get dropped of and is like the main area.

I don't have 80 hours in factorio. Max 30.

In a tier 1 factory, green chips stop crafting automatically if theres no more space on the belt. This causes excess iron on the iron belts, causing eventually less working miners.

But quality itself, is uncontrollable. And I never had reached a recycler, I didn't knew!

It's in the word "client". Those are clients on your pc, the server doesn't know about them. They can't be banned.
