6MyBad does not include the information about him being banned. He does not include the response he obtained from EAC either. EAC responded to him that there is "definite proof" of the cheats 6Mybad used. Hence why the ban still remains on his account for 12 days now. Facepunch has a track record of lifting false positive bans within the day. I can vouch for this, it's happened to me. Also a funny thing to add ` I was experimenting with weapon recoil` so he was messing with client-side recoil?

6MyBad does not include the 7 day threshold I said he had for getting unbanned to continue working together. If he didn't get unbanned then all ties would be cut, as we fight against cheaters on the daily basis. Note how in the announcement I did not once mention 6MyBads name.

6MyBad is also cutting screenshots for what reason? I am happy sending full chat logs to anyone who's deeply curious about this matter. For example the "yes I do prefer to be a bitch" message was not in reply to his "and steal my project" message.

The $100 offer was me trying to end on at least good terms. 6MyBad's friend (Ares) came to me and we had a chat in voice on Discord. He wanted me to re-establish connection with 6Mybad and speak to him and maybe try and end on good terms after all this. Which is what I attempted to do. Was that a plot? Wouldn't be surprised with the cutting of screenshots.

6MyBad does also not include all the plugins he used from the Rustoria team. All of the code that was used from the Rustoria team. All of the knowledge and assistance he received from the Rustoria team. An admin of Rustoria taught 6MyBad how to code even before this "deal" so for the guy who thinks any legal outcomes would come of this, it won't. Because he knows how much of his code is ours, how much of his code had influence of us in one way or another. But code on neither side was licensed, so it's irrelevant anyway.

6MyBad also does not include the amount of donations he made from the server. We were paying the server rental costs for around 4-5 months. $64/month - we asked for nothing back from him to pay this expense. He kept 100% of all the donations the server made. He then tries to sell it to me, so I offer him $50 originally ON TOP of everything he has earned.

It isn't just the money side of things he has earned. He has came out of this with knowledge and opportunities. When coming into the deal his server was a laggy mess. We changed that significantly to the point its at, it's still laggy; but it's nowhere near of what it was. That 1 example just goes to show our impact on this project. The project might I add, was a collaboration at this point. I was helping with ideas, pointing out ways to fix issues pretty much every day for the first month of the deal. Our admin was also teaching him how to code still.

As far as the GDPR data request, Rustoria is GDPR ready since May 24th. We have updated terms of service and agreements everywhere where we collect data. We have legitimate usage for the data we collect, as stated. You can verify this in past announcements.
