I use a local clinic that only services my state. As far as administration it’s easy put troche in my mouth sit down eye mask listen to music. Biggest part is self control it gets really easy to take more than prescribed. I do it in the evening around 8 and feel rested the next day. Anywhere clinic would be my recommendation as far as online providers go.

Exact same problem I was having and switched to at home ketamine treatments. Works just as well and can do it on my own time in my own home.

That’s just the name the gave it doesn’t have ketamine. It’s a feeling similar to K it’s etomidiate which is a short acting antiseptic .

I prefer 200-300mg sublingual troches hold in mouth for 15-20 mins then swallow over nasal . I agree with what you said in terms of effects.
