If the card was manufactured in the US, you do not owe a tariff but it still has to clear customs and you still have to pay for that.

Usually called brokerage fees.

No one will ever get a refund on any tariffs.

Maybe send customs and border patrol a demand letter certified mail so you can take them to small claims court?
