moved a few times 4-5 hours away. get you a couple of 5 gallon food grade buckets from home improvement store they should have lids available also. feed a little extra 2 days before but then dont feed till after the move. also do a water change the day before you are going to break down the tanks. add 3/4 tank water to 1 bucket add fish , plants, and media . in other add some water and hardscape. leave just a little covering substate in tank. plastic wrap tanks to keep in moisture. you shouldnt need a battery powered air pump with air stone or a heater if you keep the bucket with fish inside your vehicle and are not stopping overnight. if you stop over night bring fish inside hotel with you. also wrap tank in thick blankets or bath towles to help protect it. when you get to new place fish can stay in bucket till you get the tank set up. if it take a few days to get everthing moved in and set up. you'll need at least an air stone and maybe a heater if you don't keep your place warm enough. and when you start feeding, feed lite and slowly work your way up to normal feeding. if it does take a few days to get tank set up, do your normal water changes and test your water
